Georgia does not have an expungement document nor anything in public place to offer a petition to erase a felony or misdemeanor conviction.

If you were arrested and it DID NOT result in a conviction, or it was dismissed prior to a filing we have the form you may use to expunge such a record.

There are three general forms of probation:

First Offender
Regular Probation
Deferred Adjudication

First Offender probation suggests if all court orders are met – without violation, the arrest information is automatically erased from record.

Can I get my record expunged?

Arizona law does not have an expungement provision. Charges for any type of crime will remain on your record until you reach age 99.
